Where has it hindered my life? I have a great bunch of friends, a very close family, a great girlfriend, a roof over my head, food on the table, no medical problems and no money problems. Life is good.

To get back on topic, I agree it's not easy to get rules changed around here. I've tried (operative word being tried) to give a constructive push in the back for Japanese submissions so I hope it'll help things along ... I don't care my suggestions are taken up in the new rules or not, I just care the problem gets tackled. If I could have achieved that, I'm a happy camper.

But I think there are certain rule changes, or should I say clarifications that really should already have been taken up into the rules: rulings Ken made in the forum.. I mean, we ask questions because something isn't clear in the current rules. Ken comes in (after much infighting) to make a clear ruling ... and we see that ruling then sink to the bottom of the forum pits instead of just copy-pasting it into the rules for all users to see. That's a part of the rule thingy I didn't quite get
