I have an ICS eligible device. I am still waiting for Verizon to roll it out. At least in the US, we're still controlled by the carriers.
Dave This is Google's biggest problem - the carriers. Carriers aren't interested in giving you a new version of Android unless they can sell you a new phone. Google needs to work on removing carriers from the update process, the way Apple has. |

| Posted: | | | | Seeking Android app as well. Love the PC version and would love to have something on my phone instead of printing out lists for the titles I would like to update. Available for Beta if needed. |

| Posted: | | | | I just received my Nexus 7 on Friday so I'd love to have DVD Profiler for it.
I have the IOS version on my iPod but a 7" screen and no Apple control freakery would be nice. | | | Tom. |

| Posted: | | | | Those of you that dont mind paying out a few quid before buying the dvd profiler for android (which is suposidly in development, so it'll probably take about 3 years), there is a great little app here to use in the mean time:
My Movies Pro: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dk.mymovies.mymoviesforandroidpro&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDEsImRrLm15bW92aWVzLm15bW92aWVzZm9yYW5kcm9pZHBybyJd
Try it for free here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dk.mymovies.mymoviesforandroidfree&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDEsImRrLm15bW92aWVzLm15bW92aWVzZm9yYW5kcm9pZGZyZWUiXQ..
It's a pretty good and polished little app and does support importing from dvd profiler exported .xml.
Out of the 553 titles I currently own, it only missed information for about 12, but this wasn't a problem.
FYI I'm using a Galaxy Note (android 4.0.3 ICS), was using a xperia x10i (android 2.3) and this app has worked flawlessly with both.
For just a few quid, it's a great little app to use in the mean time until they get off their butts and get a version of dvdP for android released, which I will still be purchasing IF it ever see's the light of day.
And yes I know all about the little app that oliver has worked on and appriciate it, and I also know there are so many ios user's out there that love coming in this thread to stir thing's up, but to put it as politely as I can, I really don't care for your opinion. I don't want to cause offence but I have pretty much had enough of those types of opinions.
Android wasn't popular x amount of years ago, but it has grown to quite a large audiance now and is catching up with ios very quickly. A lot of people have switched to Android as they prefer it over the latest ios offering and are fed up of itunes, so weather you like it or not the android population is growing thinck and fast.
My movie's Pro isn't quite as fully supported as DvdProfiler, but it is a great alternative until invelos pulls it's finger out. So until then, I'll use My Movie's Pro and when dvdprofiler mobile is available for android I'll buy that too.

| Posted: | | | | Ken has announced that the Android version will be released, but I've come to the conclusion that he only said that to stop people moving to another version. Its a well known delaying tactic for software developers - when people talk about moving to a different product - announce a update/upgrade/new version - then everybody stops and waits. | | | Paul | | | Last edited: by pauls42 |

That must be the reason why he build his imperium on a Windows programme... Seriously, I bet an Android-app will be available soon* *"soon" means next year |
