Any chance that while you're fixing all these bugs we can get iPhone X display size support?

That would be AMAZING! Thank you.

DVD Profiler for iOS (Version 4.0.1) on the iPhone X.  Ascending/descending arrows present and accounted for.  Guess it was worth the $1000 I paid for this phone after all!

Okay, you got me.  Just kidding.  My evil Photoshop at it again.

Not so quick there.  I'm on an iPhone X and I'm NOT seeing the arrows.  I'm not sure what you did to get the arrows to show up, but I'd like to know the secret.

Did you read the part I posted below the picture?    It was just a prank.    I don't even own an iPhone X.  I just created the image in Photoshop adding the arrows in the process.  Yes, I was that bored.    Turned out pretty good, so figured I'd post it just for fun.

So since you own an iPhone X tell me, how accurate is the mock-up I did?  Well, aside from the arrows of course.  Also, when you take a screen capture with the iPhone X what does it look like?  How is the notch dealt with?  Is that area of the screen capture transparent or instead filled with the background of the given page as if the notch wasn't there?  Curious minds want to know!

On IOS 11 iPad Mini, when trying to add a new database using "Connect to DVD Profiler for PC" I cannot click the Okay button on the dialog box "Connection Test Succeeded."  Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch DVD Profiler for PC
2. Launch DVD Profiler on IOS device
3. Click on Databases
4. Click + in upper right-hand corner
5. Click "Connect to DVD Profiler for PC"
6. Click "Connect to DVD Profiler for PC"
7. Type in IP address for Server
8. Click "Continue"
9. Dialog box "Connection Test Succeeded" will appear, but there is no way to click Okay or ext this screen with out closing app.  Note: PC shows client as connected, but once the app is closed, the setting is lost.

The screen also freezes if prompted "Server Database: DBName1 Last Synced with: DBName2 Continue? Yes No"

Actually, you were fairly spot on.  The main thing you got wrong is that the app hasn't been updated for X support yet.  So sadly the screen doesn't extend to the top and bottom like you've shown.

Screenshots work like normal.  It's as if the notch didn't exist.  It's a full screen shot.

I'll see if I can upload a screenshot of the app in action.

So I'll guess we'll see how close I am once the app supports the notch.    And thanks for confirmation on what screen captures look like.  Sounds good to me.  The few screen captures I had seen prior to the phone being released had an empty space where the notch was, but I think those were taken from a simulator of some sort.

Ok, if I've done this right, here's what DVD Profiler looks like on the X.  This is the full 5.8".  No notch showing.

And for reference, here's what an app that's been optimized for the X looks like.  This is also the full 5.8", no notch showing.

Finally, here's a picture zoomed in.  Again, full 5.8", no notch.  But when viewed on the phone that way, the top part of it is covered by a notch.

A little underwhelming when view as a rectangle.

Cool.  Thanks for sharing.  Hopefully the next app update will address both the scaling issues and add support for the iPhone X.

See what you mean.  Will be great once iPhone X support is added.  Quite underwhelming when large portions above and below the app are not being used.

I get that, plus it also freezes if the phone can't connect to the app - i see the Retry Connection dialog but can't select either option and have to cancel out of the app

Same here. Using my iPhone X the app freezes whenever I try to connect to Profiler for PC.
