I would add it under just Sound. I don't see how the rules allow that. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. I would add it under just Sound. I don't see how the rules allow that. I agree with the Martian. The only path I see to equate Sound Montages with Sound would be through "direct translation". Since this appears to be a Walter Murch-exclusive, I think that would be tough. However, since it is indeed Walter Murch, I'm going to update my local profile with a custom role right now. | | | ...James

Do you have the link where I posted as "Skippnet"? No, just for this one I had to check all the posts in the contribution sub-forum untill I find it (but I always keep it in my mind to not forgot that you aren't always serious when you post something). I remember the Skippnet episode but not enough to know what specific topic to check for it. Too bad only one year of posting history is visible in our profile. |

To debate. Or do you like to think that yours is the final answer and is not debatable? A pretty bold stance to have IMHO. I think you have me confused with bbbbb as he is the one who asked for opinions, then discounted the ones that didn't agree with his. Personally, I don't see the point in doing that, so I asked the question. Are you telling me I am not allowed to ask that question? Talk about having a bold stance. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. | Posted: | | | | One last question, then I'll be prepared for a negative-vote-proof contribution. It's about actor Bill Love: The UK profile has him as common name William Love, credited as Bill Love. CLT: William Love (8/27) > Bill Love (4/18). All 4 Titles for Bill Love are 'THX 1138'. The 27 profiles for William Love are 10 x 'THX 1138', 1 x 'Fear Factor: The First Season', and 16 x '[Hidden Title]'. IMDB has two Bill Loves, each played in only movie (Bill Love I in 'THX 1138', Bill Love II in 'G String Divas'). IMDB has 4 William Loves (William Love I played only in 'Deep Throat', William Love II in 'Greek' and 'In the Name of the Son', both 2007, William Love III only in 'The Strength of Water' 2009, William Love IV only in 'Jeopardy!' 2006 as Himself). None of the six actors has a birthyear or an alternate name. Is the common name correct? | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. IMDB has 4 William Loves (William Love I played only in 'Deep Throat').
imdb is far of being reliable when you talk about adult film... William Love is in 4 movies : Deep Throat, Deep Throat 2, Confessions of Linda Lovelace and Dynamite. But for Deep Throat 2 and Confessions of Linda Lovelace the footages came from Deep Throat. So depending of if you count "recycled footages" or not, he was in 4 or 2 movies. Not only one. Oh I have no real oppinion on your question. But if it was in my database I would used the "Bill Love" name to make the distinction between the 2 of them. All the 4 movies are in my collection, so this name belongs to him for me. | | | Last edited: by Jimmy S |
