Question: Can a typo be sarcastic?

I just found a typo in an overview, where the heroine was described as "irresistible", but the overview has been in the database for years with the typo "irritable".

If it was me and I agreed that she was irritable I think I'd just lock the overview and leave it as that. It's too delicious not to.

The question that immediately comes to mind, Staid, is this. You said it ghas been in the Profiler for years that way. So is it really a user-generated typo, ot was it an actual distributor generated typo. I suppose the only way to tell that is to check the back cover and hope that if it really is distributor typo it will be revealed there, but then again someone may have submitted a reprinted cover and no one realized it was reprinted, including the Contributor. In which case we could only hope that the Original Cover might surface. Bottom line user typo, fix it, distributor typo, don't fix it.
ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!!

I checked the back cover, and it really has "irresistible". You can even see it on the back cover scan. The scan was also supplied years ago.

Ok then I would guess it is probably just a user generated typo.

Some Woody Allen quotes

Oh, ho, ho, irony! Oh, no, no, we don't get that here. See, people ski topless here while smoking dope, so irony is not really a high priority. We haven't had any irony here since about, uh, '83, when I was the only practitioner of it - and I stopped because I was tired of being stared at.

Copied it for use in other forums.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
