Here's my hideout, in the backwoods of Finland. No tourist attractions. No tourists.

It's not that bad and as VirusPil said, time to watch movies

Sure these woods would be a sort of 'culture shock' for many city folks, but I like it better here than in the crowds.

A really nice shot of Downtown at night

Gateway Arch is a great structure! You probably do not see the beauty of it anymore when passing by every morning on the way to your badly paid and boring 9 to 5 job.
Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect]

The Pulpit Rock is a somewhat famous (and popular) attraction for tourists

Wow, what a great place! 20m² plateau 600m above a fjord, very inspiring.

I have moved around quite a bit in the last few years - living in 5 different houses in 3 different counties.

I consider my home to be where I was born, and have spent the majority of my life though:

Bath, England:

The River Avon:

Inside the Roman Baths:

Weir onto the lower River Avon:

Royal Crescent:

Bath Abbey:

Agree, looks really nice.

Btw, the second pic of the roman bath reminds of one movie, but I can't say which it was.

Time to share pictures from my hometown

It is Oberhausen (Ruhrgebiet) Germany. Population around 230.000.

This is the pretty famous "Gasometer" a place for cultutal events and exhibitions

This is our not so famous "Castle Oberhausen"

Our football stadium, we are currently playing in 2nd football league (not too shabby)

This is the big mall in Oberhausen called "Centro"

This is one of our two big parks "Revierpark"

cheers

Not so badley paid and 730-415.  I still marvel at the wonder and design. It still amazes me.
