I have Everest and although I have to watch it still (will tomorrow), the front cover has her as Robin Wright as well as the credit block on the back.

So we're at 22 vs. 20 credits. Two more (future) credits, possibly the fourth season of 'House of Cards' and the new 'Wonder Woman' film, and we're there: a tie with the larger number of profiles swaying it towards Robin Wright. I takes us a number of years, but...

This is a bit of a strange one because, as T!M pointed out, another couple of releases (Wonder Woman and House of Cards S4) will see the shorter version of her name is the one with the most titles. I recently contributed a change to 3 releases of The Princess Bride, citing CLT results and, last night, two of them were accepted and released, with the third being declined! Complicating matters even further, the declined contribution was the child profile of one which was accepted!

I thought it makes logical sense to 'future proof' her name, so there don't need to be wholesale changes/a rash of contributions in a year or so.

Well, we don't really do "future proofing" for common names around here. As of yet, right now, her common name is Robin Wright Penn, so that's what should be used when you're contributing right now. I'm confident that the common name *will* shift to Robin Wright in the near future, but for contribution purposes, we wait until that actually happens.

She could pull a Heath Ledger or Paul Walker and never make anymore films.

True, but the very unfortunate situations of Ledger and Walker weren't their decisions, and I sincerely hope nothing like that happens to Ms Wright! All being well, she still has a long career ahead of her.

House of Cards season 4 = Robin Wright

So now we're at 22 vs. 21 titles, still slightly in favor of Robin Wright Penn. Just one more Robin Wright credit and we're there.

I forced my wife to keep her name when we married just in case either of us end up in the database.
Actually she wanted to keep it, and I'm not one of those "I own you now" types. My son has my last name, good enough for me!
