| | Posted: | | | | My current goal is to perfect the layout of my collection  Meaning, replacing 'widescreen editions' with Tins and Collector's Editions. And of course...start to replace the DVD with the (brave new) Hi-Def-World. |

| | Posted: | | | | I have finally made it into the prestigious club of 1000+. Of course I made it last month but just forgot to post it. I am now at 1060 but over the last few months have gone a bit crazy with my purchases. I think I am going to have to slow down a bit or risk facing the wrath of my pregnant wife -- and she is bad enough when she is not preggers, now it is out of control!!  |

| | Posted: | | | | I now have 2370 DVD's. I try to keep them alphabetized by category; but my DVD's are everywhere! I have had 2 custom cabinets built to hold my collection, but I am still out of room. Yikes! I have both Blu-Ray & HD. |

| | Posted: | | | | I'm at 1654 now and it's gonna go up soon. About 15 of those are BD, and I'm getting an HDDVD player soon. I remember the first DVD I bought, on December 26th, 1998: Starship Troopers. As for watching, I've seen most of the movies I own, though not necessarily seen the DVD. Also, there are about 170 or so DVDs on the floor next to me that I have to stash somewhere. I have three really big shelves, two smaller shelves, a few boxes, some baskets and a good deal of floor space dedicated to my collection, much to my gf's dismay. I have to get more shelves, which I'll probably do, well, whenever. |

| | Posted: | | | | I'm currently at 1958 DVD's and have about 180 to watch. I don't have any regrets so far but I do agree that DVD's are addictive. I too buy them when they're cheaper. It all depends how passionate I am about the title.  |
