At least now Fox will stop preempting Fringe.

Got that right .

I did, however, record the premier of "Chuck" and "Grimm" and am looking forward to watching those today .

Very lost

A new episode of the TV series "Fringe" was scheduled to air last night on FOX but it was preempted due to the final game of the World Series. I was not in the least bit interested in this year's World Series so last night I watched a couple of movies on BD and was recording "Chuck" and "Grimm" which was airing on NBC.

Ahh. Well i caught some American news a couple of nights back and heard it was a cracking game, if you like baseball.

I love baseball. I was just not at all enthused about this year's finalists. I'm a SF Giants fan but since they didn't make it I was hoping to see Detroit and Milwaukee make it...didn't happen either . I heard it was a very good series though. Congrats to the 'Cards...number 11 if I'm not mistaken.

Much like soccer and basketball, I enjoy playing baseball with friends (or what passes for it when you are old, slow and tipsy  ) or going to live games back when the Expos still existed, but watching it on television bores me to tears (again much like soccer and basketball).

I'm pretty much the same way. I played little league Baseball, Football and Soccer when I was a kid, but I really don't bother watching  most sports on TV. But when the home team goes to the World Series, it's suddenly exciting and worth tuning in for.
