To be fair: whispering brought this one up, not me. The phrase I quoted is one paragraph further down the contribution rules.

Hey there,

just to let everyone know the screeners decision on this topic, all contributions were approved and released today, so i think we just need a bit clearer statement in the rules, that if there is a non-enterable overview on the back, we can add an english one.

What we need is a statement from Ken or Gerry. AFTER that we decide on rule changes ...which i'm still very much against. As this pisses all over any attempts to call DVD Profiler an international program.
