Yes, and also the US title that is shown on the DVD box, which is what we're supposed to show as the DVD Title, after all.
I can't help what Strand Releasing chose to put on the box cover. Maybe they aren't as enlightened as some of you Europeans are, though I guess the German distributor using Raus aus Amal isn't very enlightened either. The reason it had to be changed for Germany (as do a huge number of titles, we dub movies after all) is that the original title won't be understood by most Germans. Germans would usually only know the verb, not the adjective and thus wonder how you can f*** a city. This has nothing to do with censorship at all. | | | | - Jan |
