This thread gave me the idea for the MyTools plugin. Basically, it puts icons on a toolbar that with one click will call up a command file. I have pre-built some icons and associated command files and filters that do some things people have been asking for, such as instant display of Blu-Ray, HD, etc.

For now, I am forced to use a keyboard simulator to run the command file, but I have a hunch that the next release of Ken's developer toolkit will allow plugins to do it directly. Better still, we may get filters on the toolbar directly. Either one, is win-win.

Next release of MyTools will have the ability for you to make your own icon to call up your own command file / filter set.
