| Posted: | | | | No forum posts since May, people with no responses to support tickets, people who can't even get the program open right now with zero help from Invelos.... Good job Invelos. Your customer service skills once again shine. | | | Last edited: by samuelrichardscott |

| Posted: | | | | I just checked and unless I'm missing something, it looks like Ken hasn't posted since May. I'm slightly concerned here!!! Please, someone tell me I missed something. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| Posted: | | | | Last week there was a rush of accepted contributions (within 2 days), this week even new contributions are not handled (usually within a few hours).
So the screeners (presumably the Coles) have take some time off, and cleaned up their desks first. Happens now and then... Just be patient. | | | Hans |

But no posts since May and support tickets not answered in a couple of months? That's a bit much. Sure, take some time off etc etc (everybody has to), but anyone with half a brain would also make a forum post so that people are aware that some things won't be dealt with as quickly as they usually are. |

I have at least 10 brand new contributions that haven't been approved yet. Seemed strange to me as usually they get approved within a day and never more than that. While I'm not an alarmist, I have to wonder how long this site will last if Ken & Co. stopped paying to host it? Can it just disappear overnight and we would all be hung out to dry? |

| Posted: | | | | While I have seen the same thing with some brand new profiles... taking about a week instead of the normal day... the first couple were approved yesterday... so looks like they just have to play catch-up now. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | OK, another thing I was wondering about.
Is there any sort of plan to keep DVD Profiler and this site going in case something happens to both of them? (I'm assuming that it's just the Koles running this). I hope that they thought way ahead and planned for unseen problems that could occur in the future. |

On another site i use, its forbidden to tell anyone if the admin is on vacation. This is for security reasons. Id suspect the same thing here. |

| Posted: | | | | Ken last updated his online collection on August 2 so I suspect that the Coles took a well deserved vacation and in my opinion, they don't have to tell anyone here a damn thing about it...but that's just my opinion. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
