I was unable to display the following photos.  The first two look like they're part of IMDB's premier site, the last one just displayed the URL back to me as text, probably logic to prevent against direct viewing.

Opens fine here, Firefox 3.6.3. And no IMDb premier content. Though, I have deactivated the referrer completely (about:config --> network.http.sendRefererHeader --> Value = 0).

You can always process these full databases using the "Leave existing" option during restore. Thus you would still get headshots for actors that didn't have one yet, but you would be spared all the comparisons.
At present, the "Leave existing" option has its problems. Muckl has been so kind to post an elegant workaround here.

Prime Time Amy Lee is not the Evanescence singer, but a Wrestler. Also, I noticed she is parsed as Prime Time // Amy Lee. Since this is a stage name, it should be Prime Time Amy Lee //
