Thanks Katatonia. I was looking at Hammer Horror posters whilst doing it so I guess I confused myself.

My Headshots are a mess right now but somebody with a proper install of the DB probably might wanna look for these people:

Sandy Johnson - will be in most collections as actor from 'Monty Python & the holy grail' and / or as a actress from the very first 'Halloween' movie. The picture attached seems to be of a playmate. I don't know if she is credited on any DVD. I don't think this can be fixed in the HSDB but probably some people wanna fix it locally.

Alexis Raben - imdb only bring up a rather young actress but the picture attached is of an older man.

Same here, then it's correct for Halloween. Didn't thought the woman from Halloween is also the playmate.

I'm receiving an error when I try to import the entire 602mb cast database.  I downloaded it from the rapid share link and I've tried downloading it several times.  I never have a problem with the download.  I've received this error before too, but since I did a fresh install today because of the new program version I thought I'd try it again.

The error reads: "Restore Aborted.  The following error occurred during the restore: Access violation at address 0041AFB5 in module 'dvdpro.exe' Read of address 00000000"

Anyone have any idea what that means?  I couldn't find anything here.  I've successfully imported the cast databases in the past.  Furthermore, I never really have any problems with DVDPro at all--it always works great.

It should also be noted that I'm selecting the option to 'keep existing images' for my current cast pics.  I've also ran the database repair utility to no avail.

Any help is greatly appreciated--THANKS!

You might 'restore' the headhosts this way but you're profiles aren't in the new collection. So you need to copy the colletion first from the main menu of the profiler but then you probably run into the same error again.

OK, so I'm thinking about doing the following:
1. uninstall/remove any and all traces of dvd pro
2. reinstall and NOT select the option to restore a database (yet)
3. import my database backup file (overwrite new database)
4. try importing the cast database again.

Any thoughts? I've found one other user on the forum that had the same problem, but there was no resolution.
