...Sort of related to this, but a bit different: Is it easy to list titles that I have a blu-ray and dvd of?  But not including combo packs?...

My solution for this, if I'm keeping the DVD, is to put it in the Boxset Contents of the Blu-ray.  (I also put the discs in multiple disc blu-ray cases like retail combo packs.)

My main goal is find out what I have in both formats so I can sell/give away the DVD format.

You can use the csv export to export your owned collection, and then openit in Excel, use the COUNTIFS formula to see which Title/Year fields occur more than once.

Alright, looks like it's doable, just a matter of entering the data properly and there are a few ways to do things.

Thank you everyone for the help and putting up with my newbie questions.

My searching has turned up no answers.

I'm trying to figure out how to add more than one copy of the same movie.

I'm absent minded at times and I'll buy the bloody thing a second time, the exact same edition/etc.

I have two different answers
(1) Add a "0" to the start of the UPC so that it meets the EAN/UCC-13 UPC code, the code can be confirmed via web searches at many of the UPC look up data bases.
(2) Many discs have a second UPC code when released choose one these alternate codes for your duplicate disc.

{Of course these don't always work.. but has worked for me.}
