From what you have written the contributor is submitting data that is correct per the invelos rules, It should therefore be accepted. Actually, the information is incorrect. However, I think Skip is going about this the wrong way, as the contributor only has one accepted contribution and has been a member only since January 4th. The only thing that says is that Scott must have been privy to information that the rest of the community was not. The rest of the us could only base our opinons on the information you provided in your inital post.
