After reading the above posts, I'm glad I don't need or like digital copies.  I can't see the point of watching a movie on a portable device when I can view it on our 42" tv.

I think it's great that this form of movie viewing exists.  What I don't like is when it's difficult to find a non digital copy version of a title.  I don't like paying extra for something I don't use.

GRENDELL:  Thanks for posting the Lynch video.  I agree with him completely!

I can't watch them on my 65'' when I am sitting at the airport for 3 hours...or on a plane for 5 hours...or in the car for a few hours.  While I much prefer to watch movies on my TV, there are times when a digital copy would come in handy.  As it stands right now, I have to invest in a portable Blu-ray player and take the actual discs with me on the road.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
