Special Appearance by
David Hasselhoff as Himself
This...but, I wouldn't even included Himself. Click on his name would still bring up the divider information and would be closer to what's displayed. Adding Himself is adding information that isn't there IMO. ^This | | | Cor |

Himself is covered by 'If an actor is credited by name but does not have an associated role, you may use the film itself to identify the role.'
A divider could be used, covered by 'Use Group dividers to designate cast grouped in the credits such as "Additional Cast"'. I would not use one myself, I'm sick of all the divided crew "groups" with only one member.
I'm against "Special Appearance by" as a Role within a movie. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect] |

| Posted: | | | | The role don't even have to be taken from the film... as the rules say... Quote: If an actor is credited by name but does not have an associated role, you may use the film itself, or another source to identify the role. However, mass copy from a third party commercial database which violates their stated usage license is not allowed. In each case, list Actor’s names and roles (when given) exactly as they are in the credits and in exactly the same order credited. see what I put in bold. I also agree that "Special Appearance By" is not a role. | | | Pete |
