Why should only the front covers be scanned without the half-slip cover? Either it's a slip cover and should be scanned on front and back or it's no slip cover and it should not be scanned at all. The rules are easy enough... if you would like to change them, just because you don't like the rating logos, a better place to discuss this would be the Contribution Rules Committee
