I'm on there, but barely ever use it anymore. I usually just check once per week to see if anything interesting going on.

I use Facebook for ppl i know in real life though

She grew up in a bigger city, and was more friendly in high school. so she REALLY knows those people in real life. me i only signed up because she did. the majority of my "friends" are people i work or have worked with or went to school with. it really is quite dumb. "look where i went for vacation" WHO CARES!!

TBH, those are mostly the type of people i'm interested in facebook. The people i wouldnt bump into in my everyday life. I originally signed up to see people from an international school i went to when i was 6-8 yo. Turned out that like 80% of my classmates used facebook and seem to live now all over the world. And my then bestfriend apparently lives in the same city as i do these days. I'm not really interested in reunions or anything, just nice to see where people ended up in and how their doing these days.

6-8 yo?? WOW! i dont think i really remeber those days and im only 33! i guess since my wife lives in another state now that might be why she has all the "friends". me ive lived the same place, city, state my whole life so....

I am on FB but with a restricted access to my profile
I have it to keep in contact with my friends abroad as I have many friends in Asia and US.

Most of my colleagues from work including big boss is on FB but I keep work and private separate
So I declined the friendship request from my boss
They can contact me via Xing.

I dont take on friendship request without knowing people. So that Ignore button is my good pal

Nope. I hate Facebook with a passion.
Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer.
