Just as an FYI, I don't think the unread indicator works the same way for Ken as it does for us.  I have sent, quite a few, PMs to Ken where the issue is addressed and the yellow exclamation point remains.  I know of a couple of other users who share the same experience so don't use that as an indicator.

Also, pretty sure Ken once stated PM's are not that best way to get in touch with him (probably due to the sheer number he gets) and that if you have an issue to open a support ticket.

I had a problem syncing after updating to the new versions, kept getting an error. Sent the error report and opened a support ticket. After some info exchange I had a work around the next day and an update was released that same day with a permanent fix.
