I also watched this recently (for the first time) and loved it.

As for recommendations, I know most Lang fans will always say Metropolis or M, but Spione beats them both IMO.

Rear Window is a wonderful movie..definitely one of Hitchcock's best.

As if I'm not already chasing a big enough "to watch" list... I looked up Spione and stumbled across info on the Dr. Mabuse series of movies and also M. I'm now seeking both out, and perhaps Spione at some point too.

Of course.... and I have watched some this month. But I prefer to keep all my October marathon together in one thread.
