Between my mom and I we have roughly 1600+ CDs - cause we love music!  It was quite an event when the DVDs passed the CDs in number last year. 

I don't buy nearly as many CDs as I used to, in part because we hardly get anything I consider good at the shop and in part because I have almost everything I want on CD.  I've traded a lot of stuff in, stuff that neither one of us listens to anymore, or stuff that my mom doesn't like and I converted to Itunes.  But it still left us with a lot of CDs.  There's more that I'd be willing to part with, but it's stuff she still likes so it gets to stay. 

Of course I also still have over a hundred beanie babies...  guess I'm just a collector at heart.
