Indeed as it currently stands, the Screeners can accept all, decline all, accept scans/decline data or accept data/decline scans.

What people are suggesting is having the capability of accepting/declining individual sections within the data areas, such as general, cast, crew, etc...

I also vote no but I put in all caps first in the reason "YES TO DATA" or "YES TO SCANS" and then my no reason.  Makes it easier for the screeners to pick out that separation of information I think.

In my experience it is not an all or nothing for data and scans.

I have, on a rare occasion, had a contribution's data accepted and the scan declined.

I've had plenty contributions where the data gets approved and the scans don't. It seems in those cases most voters vote yes with a note saying "data good, no to scans". Then there's the occasional no vote, which usually will say about the same thing as the yes ones.
I've yet to have a whole contribution declined due to scans, if the scans aren't great the data almost always goes through since the screeners don't have to kill the whole thing over scans.

I understood that we were just talking about separate votes for data and scans.

It was in reference to Alien Redrum's post about not having a line by line decline system.
