While I am no expert, I have done some research, and there is no standard parsing for Native American names.  Customs can, and do, vary from tribe to tribe and nation to nation.  While I can't tell you the proper parsing, because there isn't one based on our standard, the current ones...as listed in the OP...are wrong as they split the names where there should be no split.  In my opinion...

Floyd/Red Crow/Westerman makes sense.
Nathan/Lee Chasing His/Horse should be Nathan/Lee/Chasing His Horse.
Jason/R. Lone/Hill should be Jason/R./Lone Hill.
Percy/White/Plum should be Percy/ /White Plum.
Clayton/Big/Eagle should be Clayton/ /Big Eagle.
Ryan/White/Bull should be Ryan/ /White Bull.
Maretta/Big/Crow should be Maretta/ /Big Crow.
Redwing/Ted/Nez makes sense as well.
Richard/Leader/Charge should be Richard/ /Leader Charge.

Again, that is just my opinion.  Placing them all in the first name field, however, just doesn't make any sense as these are not 'stage names'.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

If I ever saw a really good argument fo a single name field I would say it's right here.

Agreed on all.
This would match "common" sense too.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Wait, you are using logic and common sense here.  Tread carefully here.

I would also agree. These would be what my common sense also would say is the most logical.

As this differs from the normal parsing problems for me this would be enough, but I've doubts that there could everyone agree.

Those names are another good example why it does make sense that there is no default for parsing names given in the rules. Every name is different and we can often make a sensible guess how to parse a name (see this thread) while it would be difficult to document the parsing to exclude any possible doubt.

This is the way I would parse them as well.
