Don't get so bent out of shape if the scans don't get approved.  You have your scans, you're the main one that matters in your book.  Lock 'em and move on.

I was incorrect in my earlier statement.  It seems that R1US/Canada are the same region.  I have never had this problem so maybe the UPCs are different.

US and Canada are different Locality.  That's what you wanted to say.
