I used to have this vinyl album from (clears throat) the 70's and was married at the time. I must have listened to it a hundred times. One of the funniest performances Rickles ever did. Sorry for getting off track, but I couldn't help commenting.

But I don't believe that will work for movie releases that has a bonus of a TV episode.

You're absolutely correct.  The normal film credits Rules definitely prohibit entering any special features cast and crew, including bonus episodes.

It allows entry for bonus feature films. While we can't create a new profiel for something on the same disc, a bonus episode seems like it should be included under the same principle.

I don't agree.  That rule was included for a specific situation...bonus feature films, not bonus TV episodes.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Correct. Could it be stretched to include Bonus TV, maybe, but I don't really think so.

I agree... plus most of the time (that I have seen it) it is not on a separate disc anyway.
