It's very easy to say if you listen to the scene with the captions turned on. Otherwise, his accent does make it a bit difficult to make out.

Original crew with Nimoy. You could make a case for DS9 with the Cardassian sunrise drink in the bar in the beginning...maybe this was their way of bringing ST:TNG into it.
