In my opinion "The Book of the Dead" is not part of the Title since it's in a different size and font on the Front Cover, in the leaflet they consistently talk about "The Evil Dead", also it's still just "The Evil Dead" on the DVD print itself. So it seems the title of the movie hasn't been changed for this edition, ergo it looks like "The Book of the Dead: Limited Edition" is the correct Edition.

You're missing the point. The title field in DVD Profiler has nothing to do with the title of the film. That field is for the title of the DVD. The vast majority of the time it's the same but not always hence the original title field. Hence the first line of the Title rules saying "Use the title from the front cover.".

Edit: In addition, the "Limited Edition" part is clearly separate from the "The Book of the Dead" part in that the "The Evil Dead" is inbetween them. There's no way that both parts should be in the edition field here.

Well the contribution disappeared from the pending list a few days ago but it's not been approved or declined yet but another (unrelated) one submitted after it has been. Either there's been an error or it's been sent to a higher level to look at. If that's the case, an "Elevated" status is required to avoid confusion.

From experience, I'd say that this indeed means that it's promoted to "2nd level Invelos review". That doesn't happen at the same time as "normal" contribution processing, and it certainly doesn't happen daily. So while it may take a few extra days, my guess is that it WILL be processed.

Thanks T!M, I'll give it a week or so before contacting anyone.
