Edit: To reiterate what I said in my second post, I haven't given my opinion of what should be done, solely what has happened already and what is allowed by the wording of the rules.

All it would take would be the addition of four words to the Rules: "or all lower case" -- to make it something anyone should be able to understand.

It's when some people are so adamant about strictly following Rule A but being flexible about Rule B that we get into these discussion/arguments.  A simple fix to the Rules would take care of this without any major hassle (IMHO).

I see no reason to try and imitate typographical gimmicks, it only makes the text less readable.

agree Kinoniki, less readable, less  consistent and esthetically sloppy.

And what about T4xi and Se7en ?

The problem with some rules interpretations is that they are not consistent. Sometimes, people consider that everything must be exactly as on screen or on covers, including typos, or unreadable titles, sometimes they agree with "no reason to try and imitate typographical gimmicks" (which I personaly prefer).
How can average contributors know exactly what to do ?
