It's when some people are so adamant about strictly following Rule A but being flexible about Rule B that we get into these discussion/arguments.  A simple fix to the Rules would take care of this without any major hassle (IMHO).

The problem with some rules interpretations is that they are not consistent. Sometimes, people consider that everything must be exactly as on screen or on covers, including typos, or unreadable titles, sometimes they agree with "no reason to try and imitate typographical gimmicks" (which I personaly prefer).
How can average contributors know exactly what to do ?
