All I can say is it must have been something very, very troubling for him to go to all the trouble of deleting everything he's posted.  Since he has been a frequent contributor here, there are a lot of posts to delete!

Thanks for that bit of information.  Last I saw, if it is the discussion I am thinking of, those that didn't agree with his position claimed they would not vote no as his contributions were 'technically' correct.

I agree.  Whatever the problem was that set him off, there is no reason to remove forum posts that don't relate to the issue at hand.  Would we let him remove contributions because he is upset?
