Just heard back from the contributor. He did indeed withdraw the contribution... and said he will resubmit with the episode numbering per rules tonight.

I love when these things get resolved in such a friendly fashion.

to all involved.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

I would edit the contribution notes as well.... quoting that portion of the rules. Hopefully it will help.

Tried that, but got declined anyway. I miss the opportunity to respond directly to No voters' comments, so that screeners can see both sides of the argument.

I have, with an explanation that the screeners couldn't overlook.
It was 0 Yes votes, and 1 No vote, which I would consider a tie, since the contributor has an implicit Yes vote. With such (low) numbers the screeners should have a look at the arguments. This one happens to be in the Dutch locality, with a DVD that is apparently not very popular (Cadfael Season 4).

Edit: Resolved (in a way). Turned out the No-voter objected against me not updating the other seasons in the same manner. Unfortunately, the ones I own have a different UPC code, and are in the database in the prescribed manner.

I feel so bad for Leo...

I had to vote no on this once again. Finally the information is right... but then I noticed some big differences in the cover art. I looked at my cover-art.... and it matches the current images in the database. So I checked with him and he didn't know which was the re-release.

So I just checked the fine printed on mine. It said...

Package Design: The Outer Limits © 2002
The DVD was released on 9/3/2002... so I have to think that mine is the original artwork. Wouldn't you think?

I feel bad as will be the 3rd or 4th time he had to resubmit. But I think we all had these contributions from hell. I know there was a few times I had to resubmit multiple times.

I just wish we could vote separately on profiles and images again!

I agree with you, Pete. I bought this DVD on 01/21/03 and my copy has the same covers as the ones in the database, so I agree that Leo's covers are a re-release.  (Unless there were more than one cover variant at the time of the original release, which while possible is unlikely.)

Although there's nothing specific in the rules, I would say so. I guess it could be covered by the re-release part of the rule though. Otherwise there'd be ping-ponging the images back and forth.
