I needed to update my online collection and keep getting an error... Do you have a software firewall on the local PC DVDP is running on? Are you running Anti Virus that checks outbound connections? Do you run any of the software that tries to block personal infomation from being pushed out to prevent idenitity thieft? I've seen all of the above block uploads thinking it was spyware or a virus uploading personal data before. Tom |

The issue is likely an errant custom genre. You may be able to spot the error via an XML export. We haven't been able to reproduce the creation of the bad custom genre assignment, but the access violation is corrected in the upcoming 5.3.1, which will start beta soon.
