| Posted: | | | | I was letting off some serious steam, and am a reasonable adult, and I don't understand why a company that makes money off the public (contributions) should profit for our donations. That's just rediculous. Communism at it's best.
If the company has any sense, they should get more features that people really want and keep the software free but keep the features at price.. Somebody in marketing didn't do their job or this company is REALLY inept.
They do accept credit cards via PayPal and the responsibility of ANY company is to put a phone number on it's site to speak with someone, otherwise chargebacks may occur, the only way to get in touch with anybody on this site is to post a message on this board, not guaranteeing it will be read by anybody with corporate responsibility or accountability. So, as far is it goes, you should have contact information on your site, otherwise the V/MC reps can chew you up and spit you out and they don't like merchants they like issuers.. |

| Posted: | | | | It's $30, hosting costs money. That's hosting for these forums, for the online database, for downloads of the program, for hosting our collections online. $30 is a one off fee and you get free lifetime upgrades, 3 so far for version 3.

| Posted: | | | | Ummm, the software is Free, and the extra features do come at at price
You can use 50 discs at full functionality, then the program removes the functions until you pay.
That is what you wanted, and that is what you got
Oh, and when you pay via PayPal, you send the money to an email address sales (at) invelos.com I believe - so there is your contact | | | Signature? Quote: If the company has any sense, they should get more features that people really want and keep the software free but keep the features at price They tried this at Intervocative. Obviously there were to many freebies so they changed it for the better. Quote: They do accept credit cards via PayPal No, they accept Paypal. So you are a glass half empty person. I certainly hope that Mr & Mrs. Cole are able to profit from our work, it helps hold down the price of the software. Now as to the phone number concept, even Intervocative had no such contact, perhaps if they get large enough someday, maybe, but for the most part the operation is home run. If I were them, why I would want to expose myself by phone to the likes of you, sorry guy, your attitude STINKS. I hardly would cal youl reasonable, but you might be an adult. So get over yourself and your belief that everything in the owrld should be FREE, and either use the free version of the software, pony up the $30, or go away. My favorite option for you would be #3.
