They are credited for writing the song "Good Morning to All". The melody from "Good Morning to All" was later combined with the lyrics for "Happy Birthday to You". Time-Warner (The Warner Music Group led by Edgar Bronfman, Jr. CEO) currently owns the copyright to the song and, being the greedy bastards that they are, rigorously enforce the copyright when the song is performed in public and film.
