If the program intelligently parsed names there might be something to using the default parsing it provided as a baseline. Nuetral maybe, but at this point doesn't fit with the programming constraints. And for what ever reason (I am sure that Ken does have his reasons) doesn't want to eliminate the last name field. So we are going to have to use it the way it is programmed. If the programmed is changed, I will start entering data the way the program requires. At this point, I think that a simple change needs to be made. The way the program ghandles name entry for a new actor. If you type in three names, it needs to divide it into three fields and allow the user to adjust it from there. I actually would actually be open to the idea of 2 name fields, but as far as a single entry, I don't think I would care for that.  |
