I just recently downloaded all of the headshot files from Dr. Killpatient available on the very first page of this topic. What's in the above CAST PART 1 file? Does it contain updates to the original CAST files from Dr. Killpatient?

You can add custom specific headshots for some profiles. Open the actor from the acotr list. Right click on the Headshot and choose the 4th entry from top. (Sorry, don't know how the entry is in English) |
