WARNING : This update is Version 3.6 beta and it is a full database (all headshots of my collection). People who do not want to spend time to compare with their existing ones can choose the option "Leave existing". But they may miss some real improvements. | | Posted: | | | | Just a heads up to a mistake in the main headshot database I have found. There are two Paul Guilfoyles, both with BY's. I've just sorted and submitted all mine but note the 1902 one has a pic of the CSI Guilfoyle. This is the right guy: HEREBest pic I could find in a short search time. | | Posted: | | | | As a general rule, we don't share individual headshots here in favor of dpb collections. It's done at the start of the thread for quick corrections for an Addendum file - but that's closed.
But I'm not going to say DON'T post 'em, I save them off for addition once the next version is complete if the person in question still doesn't have a headshot. It's just that I don't think many people will go through the effort of plugging in a single photo. |

If I "restore" this database, will it overwrite my existing DVDProfiler database (movies, etc..) or does this just add the headshots to it? |

| | Posted: | | | | You're also provided with a list of checkboxes where you can select exactly what you want to have restored. If the checkbox is grayed out where you can't change it, that particular information is not available in the backup you're trying to restore. All items except for the Cast/Crew should be grayed out for the headshots provided in the first post of this thread. Be wary of any others you accept.
And if in doubt, perform a backup of your database first. It's always a good idea to do so before importing any data from another source. |
