I'm not asking Oxford dictionary or anything, I'm asking Invelos DVD Profiler.

What's with the capitalization of "with" versus "With" in titles?

For example: What about Die Hard with a Vengeance or An Evening With Kevin Smith.

Ich checked my own database (titles and episode dividers) and there doesn't seem any winning side for this.

While it's not terribly wrong to capitalize the preposition "with" in a title, following the 3/4 letter preposition size limit, and to maintain consistency throughout the database, I would not capitalize it. Unless of course the title on the DVD cover is mixed case and it is capitalized there .

I didn't understand you either, Mr. WS. You can't take the capitilization directly from the cover. It's clearly all capitals. That's the question under discussion and DJ was showing you the cover to make that clear. Or so he thought.

Unless you're suggesting it has to be 'AN EVENING WITH KEVIN SMITH 2: EVENING HARDER'

Since proper American English rules say that it should not be capitalized, I'd have to go with that, particularly since this is one of the more commonly known words that shouldn't be.  (All titles in my collection are using "with" except for one which too is in all caps so the person had to guess)
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

He who MUST get the last word in on a pointless, endless argument doesn't win. It makes him the bigger jerk.

I stand corrected, as usual the rules provide the answer. With would be a joining word and ad such should not be capped.
