Following on from a small discussion with northbloke here, I'm thinking of attempting a couple of entire crew lists and uploading them to mediafire to share with others. My only concern is that I don't know if I should add current crew to the relevant parts, or put ALL crew under custom and then let people copy and paste the bits they need to go into the relevant crew parts?

Thoughts?

Because people all have their own individual way of profiling, I would say having everybody under "custom" would be the safest - that way everyone can just move them to where they want, rather than have them where you want.

Good luck!

I'd like to remove the word couple please.

I'm going to add all crew in crew order starting with opening, that way, people can just delete them from crew as they see fit rather than have to add them. Just doing one to see how it goes and how it works etc and to guage the best way to do it.

You could also start from the original profile, and keep everything in it's original place. Then add all crew, including the regular crew in the custom section.

Thats what I've done so far. I don't want to remove anything that is already there whilst if, say, the director is listed in both, it's just a click to remove from the custom list for people.

Sam,

There's already one around for Casino Royal (I can't remember who posted it... James or Terry perhaps?), so I suggest that you try Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End......... it'll certainly give you something to get your teeth into; we sat through the entire credits at the cinema (just so we could see the final scene) and they went on and on and on and on and on and on....

Also it'll distract you from watching Scotland in the World Cup

Well, I'm curious to see what the profiles will look like. It will be a lot of work though.

I always sit through the entire credits, in the cinema, or at home. I'm always checking the copyright date. Been doing this since 1983, when I started keeping lists of the movies I had seen.

Chris,

check your PM. if it all gets through then you should be able to cut & paste it into the crew list. The original is somewhere on these invelos forums, but I'll be d@mned if I can find it.

It's impressive!

I'm pretty sure it was James (m.cellophane) who produced it as an exercise to see what a full crew list would look like....but I'm probably wrong......I usually am

Time for a break anyway. 120 odd names added so far but it's hard work

Many hours later.... The profile is for The Nanny Diaries (5014437952530) and I have used the group dividers as best as possible. There were a couple of names who popped up for me that mess with other peoples credits. They are:
Gary Sherman
William Young
Personally, I've seperated them using BY's but I have not done that within this file so beware!
The Nanny Diaries Full Crew Download

Note: I didn't add companies or the special thanks.

Why not? Go back and do it again!

Great work, how long did it take you?
