| | Posted: | | | | In the standard configuration the filter window is on the upper left side. If you don't see it, check out View->Windows->Filters or press CTRL+F.
There you can filter by a lot of things.
To make filters reusable press the little Disc button on the bottom right corner of the filter window. The button to the left lets you load a filter set

| | Posted: | | | | There should be text fields in the top left-hand side of the program (with default layout) and a bunch of tabs above them which reveal many more text fields, check boxes, etc. Typing/clicking on those fields invoke your filter as you type/click. There's a little save button that looks like a floppy disk that lets you save the filter. |

| | Posted: | | | | As a couple people above has said there is many filters in the program already... If you want to create filters that is not offered in the program you can do so by creating tags.
To create tags you just go to...
Tools --> Edit Tags
or
go to the Set Tags tab and right click in the window and select Edit Tags.
Then to filter on the tags you just go to the Filters tab then the Tags Tab. | | | | Pete |

If you want you can +1 the request here. To have a specific filter set load at DVDP startup as per Doena's suggestion; save the filter set, create a txt file and type in Loadfilterset C:\xxxxx.flt (where xxxxx is the name of the saved filter set), save this txt file as startupcmdfile.txt on C:\. Then open the properties window of your DVDP shortcut and at the end of the target field type in: /nosplash commandfile="C:\startupcmdfile.txt". Leave out the nosplash bit if you want the splash screen to remain when DVDP starts. The filenames/paths can be anything as long as they remain constant. |

The location/slot field in the personalise window (ctrl-P) can be used for what you describe. If a profile have no discs assigned you'll have to add them in the discs section of the edit window (ctrl-E or double click). |

If I add a location ie "book 1" , instead of seeing my new location I get the heading "main feature" or "Bonus feature". Then I can find no way of deleting or modifying what I have done there so I am stuck with loads of discs I can't get rid of. |

If the location/slot columns aren't showing in the discs window have you tried right clicking the window and selecting view columns? Having just the first four ticked should show the locations fine. |
