Good Luck Chuck Bonus DVD from Wal-Mart/Sam's Club.

I have been trying to submit it for a while, but there appears to be a problem with the DVD drive or the program reading from it, and have not been able to get them to communicate for the longest time.  I would appreciate it if someone could submit this.  TIA....

First of all, I would like to thank the person who submitted the Good Luck Chuck Bonus DVD.  I remember in a previous version where the name of the submitter could be shown.  I'm trying to find that info in the new 3.5, but can't see it, so I don't know who to thank personally (I was hoping to send an email of thanks).  [On a side note, if someone can let me know who it is or tell me where to find that info in this new version, I would be grateful]

Now, I have one more request please:

Target had a bonus disc for The Water Horse: Legend Of The Deep.  It includes “The History Channel’s Deep Sea Detectives: Loch Ness” program.

Once again, I would appreciate it very much if someone could submit this.

Look for a button for View Contributors:

On the layout I use, it's on the bottom right of the General Info tab.  (I can't find it in the menus.)

Thanks for your help....apparently I didn't have my screen wide enough to initially show the icon, but after a little work, it came up and I got it....Thanks to huskersports for his efforts.

I hope someone was/is able to add The Water Horse: Legend Of The Deep bonus disc.  TIA to anyone that uploads it.

[NOTE:  I previously mis-spelled the user's name, and that is why it is spelled incorrectly when quoted below.]

curious to know what was previous screen resolution was, and what it is now..

800 x 600 will not 'fully' display properly with Invelos..
screen resolution minimum should be 1024 by 768 ....

glad it's being displayed correctly now..

Sorry...I think I mis- spoke.... it wasn't so much screen resolution as it was window size.  I NEVER have a program's window take up a full screen (part of my work habit and flow).  Once I enlarged it further, I was able to see the extra area as the program apparently does not either resize its mini-windows or allow for scrolling mini-windows.

Again, I apologize for not being accurate enough with my description previously.

The program is not working for me to add by inserted disc.  The program recognizes the disc, but will not allow me to ADD it to my collection...VERY frustrating.

Heathen:

This is a user-built database. You cannot add something that is not in the Online, BUT if add by Disc Id and uncheck the little box  in the lower left corner of the Add By Disc ID Box that says download from Profiler, then you can add the title, edit it per the Rules and then Contribute the Title.

It helps to an extent, but I can't submit it.  Program keeps complaining that it doesn't like the UPC when I am adding by Inserted Disc, and it apparently does not want to adhere to the DISC ID.

Open the "Add DVD" dialog. Switch to "Add by DiscId". Insert the disc and let DVD Profiler detect it. Uncheck "Download from Invelos". Enter a title if there is none. Add the DVD.

I have already indicated that I have done that.  If you read what I wrote, you will see that the disc can not be submitted because the program is complaining about the UPC, even though I used the DISC ID.

You should be able to just force it to accept it. When doing some customs I made up fake UPC's and the program would say "this doesn't look like a real UPC" but I'd click continue anyway.
I've never had a disc ID rejected unless a duplicate exists. Most of my customs go in with disc ID from the dvdr, and none have ever been denied despite the ID's for dvdr's looking quite different than real dvds
.
What exactly is the program saying to you when it won't let you put these in from disc ID?

If it's due to a duplicate, try searching by disc ID and see what shares it. Not sure if you can edit a new one but it would answer some questions.

Or, if you are trying to put the disc ID in the UPC field. That would fail everytime.

It says that it is unable to contribute profile that I must change the UPC.  This is after adding by DISC ID.  When I go to change the UPC code, I then force it to use the disc ID of the disc already in drive (and it is the disc in question).  However, when I do, it says that it is an invalid UPC and refuses to proceed and will not be allowed for submission.

While I am waiting for this problem to be resolved, could someone please upload the Target bonus disc for The Water Horse: Legend Of The Deep?  It includes “The History Channel’s Deep Sea Detectives: Loch Ness” program.

TIA

Maybe the bonus disc has an ID that yours and other PC's won't read ( don't think though).,, You can always manually add the the title in by hand .,
If you need all the particulars to add and since no one else shops at Target, and then stores the disc with Profiler, you may be the first one to do so..
I bet if you google the - UPC + Targetbonus disc  + Title  you may get all the info you need.
