All of a sudden i looked at my collection online after my recent upload and it is leaving out DVDs. There are gaps throughout my entire collection. I didn't notice this ever and it is throughout the collection.

I've uploaded more than a few times to no avail.

Help...

**EDIT**
it seems to have corrected, but it took another couple of uploads.

Yep, I've encountered this problem before.

Also make sure that you have "Adult Titles" checked in your Online Collection settings here on the website. "Rated 15" and Rated 18" (or similar...) are affected otherwise and might not be visible.

Sometimes titles do disappear even when you do that however, and it does indeed take multiple uploads to fix for some odd reason.

Same thing is happening to my collection as well.  Says I have a total of 4433 dvds in my online collection but there are missing dvds throughout my entire collection.  I've tried to re-upload my collection several times now but I keep getting the same result.  Must be a bug on the server side of things.  Hopefully it's corrected soon.

Look around the forum a bit. Ken has been tweaking the online portion all day. It should all be OK soon (if not now)

My Online Collection is missing Titles as well.  I've uploaded several times but it has no effect in correcting the issue.  Long time user, first time this bug has appeared.

Ken have you had a chance to look into this issue?

I've tried re-uploading my collection more than a dozen times over the weekend but I'm still getting many gaps in my online collection too.  scottiew managed to get it to self-correct after reloading a few times so that's why I keep trying but still no luck

Is there anything that seems to be common amongst all the missing titles? Do they all have the same rating for example? Are they perhaps manual profiles? Is it a particular range of collection numbers?

Another problem I noticed this morning re: my online listing.  There are 3 titles which in my local collection have an assigned "rating" as Adult, but do not also have "Adult" as as genre.  These 3 titles  end up showing in my online collection list, though they did not show up before. My settings here are such that the adult titles are not to show in the online listing regardless of whether I'm online or not.

There are other adult entries in my collection but they do not appear online.  The difference appears to be that for those, I have Adult listed as a genre for them in addition to having Adult in the rating field.

Check your Parental settings in Options, this has somewhat changed?

Already did that, thanks.  My settings are to exclude these, logged in or not.

Online is not showing lots of my titles even though I'm not "hiding" anything in my Parental control and I "allow" Adult titles.  It seems like online is not showing "R" rated titles.  What gives?

I seem to have found away to correct the problem.  I normally reassign my collection numbers every time I add new dvds to my collection, assigned alphabetically by title.  Just for kicks, I decided to reassign them by purchase date instead.  After I did that I re-uploaded my collection online and all the titles were there. However, it was still my preference to have my collection displayed with my collection numbers assigned alphabetically so I reassigned them once again the way I normally do, uploaded my collection online once more and all appears to be well... no gaps in my collection.

It may not work for everyone, but it's worth a try!

No...sorted first Alphabetically then had the collection numbers assigned

I expect you know this anyway but you can have your online collection sorted alphabetically without using the collection numbers? It's a setting under look&Feel
