| | Posted: | | | | I don't know what happened, but when I try to add a dvd to my collection via the "By Title" it only shows that 662 Total DVDs and 238 Filtered.
I have looked up my settings on the Tools - Options menu and here are the settings.
Region 1 - U.S.A., Canada is checked in top box
Locality - United States is checked
In the box for Regions to include, the 1 - U.S.A., Canada box is checked but greyed out.
I have tried to refresh the online profile list, but it doesn't happen.
I did notice that before this happened I refreshed the list and updated some profiles that were updated. When I wanted to add some dvds to my wishlist it downloaded the profile list again - I think.
Any help. |

- Release should be set to any;
- The Rating check box should be checked for any;
- The Genres check box should be checked for any;
- The check box for include no region should be checked; and
- Full substring filter should be de-selected. |

Exit DVD Profiler
Search and delete 2 files:
- OnlineList.dod
- OnlineListSel.dod
Restart DVD Proflier
from the menu: Online
