Check --> tools --> options --> display --> DVD Cover Image Quality.

Make sure High Quality is selected, and not standard.

According to THIS page of the site... You only get high res scans if you have an Unlimited Registration. (Paid for program). Going by your post here you do not (no eye logo next to your name like you see next to mine.) have the Unlimited Registration.

As you've been told in the post above this one (as quoted) you are not a paying member so therefore NO Hires Covers.

Free rides are no longer available.

Yep time to pony up. In fact hi-res images have NEVER been available to free users, it has always been available only for premium.

Since you're mentioning that this has been the case for the past week or so, was it different earlier on? If so, what has changed since then? Did you accidentally change or delete your registration info? You can check in Tools / Registration Information.

You can easily check your registration status HERE

If you don't read this as Type: "This is an Unlimited Registration Key" you are restricted as mentioned HERE

Otherwise you should contact the support!

You won't be able to open a support ticket if you do not have an unlimited registration key.
Your login to the forums is showing as free registration - and the registration information will just show the status of your current login.

You need to check if you have used the correct login to the forums. If you have recently re-installed dvd profiler / re-entered your reg key then check you haven't added a space to the end of your name.

IF you had an unlimited key with dvd profiler v2 then you can use that key to get a NEW unlimited v3 key for free (see instructions at the top of this forum).

Maybe they added their 50th title, so the program is now restricted.

No, the cover size restriction is independent from the count of your DVDs. All Freebies get low-res covers only. (Why upgrade to DVD Profiler Unlimited?)

You're not a registered member.  Until you get the image next to "twhitsell", you can only get low res images.

You have this problem because you are not a paying member.  If you want hi res covers, you have to pay for a registration key.

There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

We will teach it to them again.
